Guys & Gals – Do You Prefer A Lady Boss?
Calling all guys and girls! Do you prefer a lady boss over a male boss???
I’m doing a mini research with a team of MBA classmates to find out what you think of working for a lady boss. Surely, I will share my personal experience here, but only later in order not to influence you in any way.

Hey Preston, no, lady bosses are very suited to leadership in modern workplace! In fact they can do a better job than many men as they have something what men don’t have. Ha ha just to balance out your view

I’ve had two lady bosses and a number of male bosses before. I find that ladies are really no different from men when it comes to being a superior.
One of my lady bosses was very aggressive and determined, and yet can also be driven by emotions. The other lady boss is an amazing woman who is extremely competent and very professional.
I have also had male bosses who are competent and professional; and also have had male bosses who can be quite emotional and mixed personal with professional life.
So I honestly don’t think that there is a real difference between a lady and a male boss. It really depends on the individual who is the boss. Depends on your luck, I guess
